I have been a lifelong fitness enthusiast and have had the opportunity to lead teams at Life Time Fitness and Around the Clock Fitness. I am passionate about fitness, and love having the opportunity to help others on their fitness journey. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I focus on developing the mind, body, and spirit – the three pillars of wellness that drive lasting transformation. Whether you’re 25 or 75, my mission is to help you build a stronger, more resilient version of yourself – physically, mentally, and spiritually. .

With 28 years of service in the U.S. Army, I’ve dedicated my life to discipline, resilience, and leadership. Now, as a personal trainer, I carry that same commitment into helping others strengthen their mind, body, and spirit—knowing that when one is out of balance, the others are affected. My passion lies in giving back, uplifting others, and walking alongside each person on their wellness journey. I strive daily to become the best version of myself so I can fully live out the purpose God created me for—and help others do the same.
